How to participate in our consumables returns programme

In 2006, OKI Printing Solutions invested more than €2.8 million in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of environmental initiatives. One such initiative was the expansion of our Consumables Returns Programme.
OKI Printing Solutions offers a free consumables returns process to all customers across EMEA, irrespective of their location or the volume of consumables used. Our returns programme helps to reduce waste to landfill by recycling the materials used in
consumable items. Currently, OKI Printing Solutions is recycling 97% of materials returned through this scheme.
To ensure our consumables returns programme continues to be effective there are three ways to return used consumables, according to the size of your business.
For the small business and home user we use a ‘free post’ method where customers can return used consumables via the postal service
Please see instructions below on how to use the returns bag supplied with your new Original Consumables.
For medium to large end users we supply special collection boxes to customers. These can be placed at strategic points within their offices or buildings and are collected free of charge when full

For customers with high volume usage of consumables, OKI Printing Solutions provides a bespoke service to meet the needs of those customers

In the first instance, when purchasing your Original Consumables, we recommend that you consult your authorised OKI Printing Solutions reseller for any advice you need about returning used consumable items. As your reseller represents the local OKI
Printing Solutions operating company they will have all the information you require to enable you to participate in the returns programme locally.
Guidance for low volume users to return used consumable items via the freepost method
1. Remove used toner cartridge(s)
2. Place the used toner cartridge(s) in the returns bag(s) provided with your new cartridge(s)
3. Seal the bag(s) with the self-sealing strip
4. Re-pack the cartridge(s), in its returns bag, into the box the new cartridge(s) came in and tape it closed
5. Print the pre-paid returns label provided by your reseller
6. Please be sure to return several cartridges as one package by either taping the boxes together securely or placing them inside another box and affix the returns label to this outer box
If you have purchased a Rainbow Pack containing 4 cartridges, please follow 1 to 4 of the instructions above.
